Hi! I am Jenna. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco. I meet with clients online, so if you are located anywhere in California, we can work together. I provide a safe, authentic, confidential, judgment-free environment. I draw from a Cognitive Behavioral and Client-Centered approach, believing that the client is an expert on their life. My approach is collaborative, genuine, caring, and directive.

Through our work together, I am committed to helping you recognize your strengths and innate resiliency allowing you to thrive at home, work, and in relationships. I specialize in working with adults and teens with depression, anxiety, learning differences, and trauma. Additionally, I specialize in maternal and perinatal health, and infertility.

I create a safe space to support and advocate for women's emotional, physical, and mental health during their unique journey to parenthood. My collaborative approach allows me to assist my clients navigate difficult life transitions, relationships, and parenting challenges, as well as through professional difficulties.
