Accepting difficult situations in life and moving towards change is a journey you don't have to face alone. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate new challenges, past traumas, major life changes, and day-to-day struggles. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are seeking to better understand themselves, create resilience, and pursue well-being and happiness.
I take a holistic approach, integrating principles from psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, and body-based approaches. As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, I also see a great benefit in incorporating mindfulness and meditation practices into therapy.
