Welcome! I'm so glad you are taking a step to take care of yourself! Therapy is a place of refuge and solace; a place to slow down to take a closer look at what has not been fulfilling, what has caused pain, what has lingered and now surfaces as problematic. It's a place to address underlying relationship patterns, trauma, losses, etc. with compassionate support. It is ALSO a place to honor what you have become even despite what has left you currently feeling "stuck," anxious, lost, sad, overwhelmed, fearful, alone, etc.
My work revolves around creating a healthy relationship with yourself and with those closest to you. I work with individuals struggling with a variety of emotional issues (anxiety, depression, self esteem, eating issues, etc.) as well as work with couples ranging from the desire to improve connection/intimacy to healing the trauma of infidelity and loss.
