My approach to therapy is integrative, specialized and client centered. I utilize combinations of cognitive behavioral therapy, with an additional focus on strength based treatment, trauma informed somatic work & mindfulness. I combine holistic methods and clinical interventions to help my clients reach control over their lives.
I offer a light hearted, approachable, and down to earth experience during sessions. I wish for each of my clients to walk away feeling motivated and clear in her journey towards wellness.
