Hello, I'm Jenna, and I'm a licensed psychotherapist in the Bay Area Peninsula. My goal is to walk with you through the tough times, to help and encourage healthier thought processing and choices so that you can navigate through life’s hard spaces and hits, find your peace and content, and create a life worth living. In private practice, I work with teens, adults, and first responders. My approach is eclectic; I draw from a variety of theories and tailor each case based on the individual. I have a decade of experience providing evidence-based trauma-focused PTSD treatment and offer Attachment-focused EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Flash Technique.
My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges by helping to enhance coping skills, illuminate thought/behavior patterns, and improve the relationship with yourself and others.
