Life is often defined by the habits that we have fostered since childhood without even being aware of them. When the painful consequences of those patterns outweighs the pain of learning something new, we look for solutions. The wounds we’ve experienced and the scars we carry with us have shaped our life, they hold meaning. Exploring the patterns that have developed as a result strengthens us. Taking time to invest in our healing process gives us insights that prepare and equip us to successfully navigate the conflicts and opportunities that we cannot avoid in the future.
Adult children of dysfunctional families, either from the many forms of addiction or trauma, can learn new coping skills that interrupt faulty patterns of thought and "rewire" the way we think about and experience our relationships. Processing the trauma(s) is much like dismantling a bomb. It can get messy. It helps to have experienced support.

Certified Anger Management Group for court ordered participants --- Saturdays from 11-12:45. ---Pre-attendance Evaluation ($85 and 45 minutes). ---$50 per group session. ---Duration: 8-12 weeks (no more than one absence in a row or 3 total absences to qualify for Completion Letter).
