I practice a whole health approach which is patient centered and focuses on the importance of partnership between myself and the client. I utilize various modalities including CBT, social skills therapy, problem solving therapy, crisis management and supportive therapy. I also specialize in CBT for chronic pain and motivational interviewing.
Therapy should be a comforting and a rewarding experience. I am very supportive and non-judgmental. I provide a safe, warm, and encouraging environment to help my client grow, nurture and live their life to the fullest.
