Do you have anxiety, depression, or have experienced trauma? Many people are experiencing these and other issues. For the past 14 years I have been helping people of all ages and in various communities work through their life struggles. My goal is to help individuals, relationships within families, and assist children/teenagers learn how to deal with various issues that affect their life. I am an open-minded person, creating an environment where people feel comfortable to speak about their life journey.

I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and adults with consistency. I have been a therapist and teacher for years allowing me to be well rounded in understanding different points of view regarding different situations. I use multiple forms of therapy, but it's important we're using the best form of therapy that will help you reach your goals.

It's important to provide a safe place for people of any age to speak freely. Each session and every client is different based on their needs. Sometimes people need assistance with current situations while other people want to work on their past trauma. Some people need someone to help their child/teenager deal with school, anxiety, or depression.
