I use an empathetic, anti-oppressive, and relational approach to support adults 18+ with symptoms of anxiety, OCD, and perinatal mood disorders. With help and support, you can feel better and create a life where you feel more in control, empowered, and balanced. You can also regain hope, security within yourself and heal from past experiences.
I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy) certified and trained in ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
