I believe that everyone needs an empathetic ear and a safe space to openly share their story, thoughts, and feelings in order to heal and grow. I have a deep passion for helping others on their journey of healing, growth, awareness, and self-discovery. I provide individual counseling for teenagers and adults 17+. I have been working with a diverse population helping clients deal with issues such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, suicidal thoughts, major life transitions, relationship concerns, and clients struggling with low self-esteem, and body image issues.
I aim to be warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and direct. My role is to help you gain skills, insight, and the awareness you need to manage your feelings and emotions in a healthy way and cope with difficult moments in your life. I seek to encourage and empower my clients to self-reflect and explore deeper parts of themselves.
