You deserve to feel seen. Many of the people I have worked with have experienced pain or the weight of high expectations from themselves and others around them. Witnessing others experience the transformative power of their authentic selves and overcome challenges has been a privilege. I practice from a lens of radical empathy: I am honored to hold space for you as you work through things that feel heavy, cheer you on when it begins to feel easy again, and walk with you for all the moments in between.
I bring to my work a BA in Sociology & Gender Studies, a Master of Social Work, and more than 15 years working with LGBTQIA+ folx, people who have experienced trauma, & diverse relationship constellations. I am WPATH trained and fluent in SOC8 Readiness Letter Writing for gender-diverse youth and adults exploring gender-affirming medical care.
As a queer person, I believe it is critical for you to feel safe and to be able to show up as your whole self and feel fully seen, affirmed, and celebrated. You are the expert in your journey - it is my honor to support you in finding your wisdom and harnessing the innate power you possess, even when it feels just out of reach.
