This is an incredibly beautiful and complex time to be alive. It is easy for those of us who care deeply to become overwhelmed with all the suffering and chaos that surrounds us. The world needs healers and dreamers now more then ever. If we want to heal the world, then we must first offer that same love to our own hearts. I feel passionate about finding creative ways to keep our hearts open for the pain of the world without shutting down.

Living Fierce: A Workshop to Honor Sacred Rage
This workshop will act as an initiation into the deepest and most passionate parts of ourselves. The work will be in relationship to our natural rhythms and honor the wide range of human emotions. It will be a safe space where we will meet our difficult feelings with compassion. We will navigate our hearts desire for meaningful change. You will walk away with a clear understanding of where your rage comes from and discover more adaptive ways to honor your understandable feelings. This program will include writing exercises, guided meditation with an opportunity for you to write your own story.
