I use a strengths-based, nervous system-informed approach and I encourage you to focus inward with compassion and to get curious about who you are and what feels right for you. Therapy is a collaborative relationship where you should feel seen and heard as your whole self. I value connection and authenticity. Though therapy can be an intense experience, our sessions will often include laughter and joy. I believe deeply in your ability to heal.
I am EMDR Certified and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II. I have training in Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Integration and Processing (I & II), Yoga-based interventions, Ego State, DBT, MI, and ERP. Approaches are blended for each specific person and situation to meet your specific needs.
