In addition to a clinical approach, I also integrate levity, humor, and curiosity into the therapeutic process.

We will utilize non-linear, imaginative, and body-based methods to contact and develop relationship with your subconscious mind. Trauma can have a long-lasting impact on the body and it can take slow, gentle methods to explore this safely.
