Immediate Openings: Therapy should be a space where you are seen, heard, and valued for who you are. Drawing on my experience in schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and residential treatment facilities I am launching my new practice dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering positive change. With my knowledge of cognitive-behavioral therapy, collaborative problem-solving, and social skill development, I will help clients to use their strengths to develop practical strategies to navigate social interactions, manage emotions, and build meaningful connections.
Through engaging activities and supportive guidance, I hope to encourage individual's strengths to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. I incorporate mindfulness strategies, Cognitive behavior, as well as active play/art based approaches, to meet clients where they are in their development and help foster a positive supportive environment.
I will work closely with children, parents, schools and others in the community to develop tailored solutions that promote resilience and well-being. Through education, guidance and empathetic understanding, I aim to help my clients to harness their unique strengths to become their best selves.
