If you are thriving, surviving, or anywhere on the continuum in-between, I believe in the value of support and connection along the way. I like to provide a space that can meet you where you are on your journey. Counseling can hold space for empathy, support, and validation while at the same time creating accountability, clarity, and direction. Working with clients over the last 15+ years has shown me that we all have a unique story that has led us to where we are currently. We all have great strengths and it is those exact qualities that often lead us to our greatest struggles.
I support clients in accepting all of these parts, identifying and managing the barriers that are getting in the way, and connecting deeper to an intuitive way of living to find balance emotionally, nutritionally, and physically. Enneagram, EMDR, and ketamine assisted therapy (KAP) are additional areas I am trained in and enjoy being able to offer.
