My education includes a BA in Psychology and a Masters degree in Holistic Counseling. I work with clients in a flexible way, unique to each individual. You may benefit most from a more traditional approach or by adding movement such a walk and talk therapy or other types of exercise to your process. Incorporating energy work may be the right fit for you

This is an ongoing group held online and open to anyone working with me towards an emotionally, mentally or physically healthier life. The group allows people who are working on changing and personal growth to have a safe and supportive place to talk about the ups and downs of their journey. This is a group for anyone struggling with emotional eating. This is a struggle experienced by so many. Beyond the effects emotional eating may have on our physical health, it impacts our sense of self-control, self-esteem and creates shame. In this group, participants learn to understand the root of their emotional eating and how to identify what they are really needing, how to satisfy those appropriate human needs healthfully and how to release shame and connect to a new empowered identity.
