If you're a parent looking for services for your youth, I will include you in treatment and offer you help engaging with your child.
I'll work with you to tailor evidence-based therapies to your specific needs. I balance building self-esteem for who you are right now with implementing change so that you can become who you want to be. I will help guide you when you have to mak difficult decisions and provide teaching and practice so that you can apply what you learn in your everyday life.
I offer an affirming environment that also prioritizes real, measurable change. I have two priorities: Showing you the respect and validation you deserve, while helping you change what is no longer working for you. Mental health challenges are a family experience, so parents and spouses will also find both validation and ways to make meaningful change.
