My practice is influenced by Attachment and Polyvagal theory and I am Level 2 trained in Holographic Memory Resolution Therapy.

My approach is truly eclectic, using a variety of theories, methods and modalities to meet your needs. Supporting teens, adults and families to THRIVE not just survive, is my passion and specialization. I have been in the mental health field for over 30 years and in private practice for the last 17. Licensed in both CT and SC.
