We can address relationship issues; negative habits; or mood and anxiety issues. I can show you how you can take charge of your emotions and actions. My nonjudgmental approach can help you to feel comfortable sharing your story. I offer a variety of options for those who have difficulties paying for therapy.
Not sure you want or need therapy? After even a few sessions, I can offer you strategies to try on your own- and we can track your progress. I also offer a longer course of therapy for those with a greater time range and an interest in a higher level of support. My doctorate degree is in clinical psychology, and I have been practicing psychology since 1996.
