My focus is socio-cognitive behavioral. I listen, and pay attention to the client's social, and ethnic background to help empower the client from the perspective that behavioral changes are not easy. Start from where one knows, and work forward.
I have worked with many populations: families with elderly parents, marital counseling stemming from infidelity, veterans, incarcerated inmates, in-patients with diagnosed mental illnesses, and more.
