I’m here to help you learn ways to be you, find acceptance and healing, and discover what life can be like. I will help you move from the need to be silent to being able to be you, a you that is healthy and whole. Whether you’re dealing with difficulty in your relationships or you're struggling with depression or anxiety as a result of the above, I can help.
