Life is a hard road to go, especially when you are trying to travel it alone. Are you facing challenges you can no longer handle by yourself? Having trouble moving on after the death of a loved one? Can't seem to pick up the pieces following a divorce/separation? Or maybe you've been suffering with feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt for far too long. These are just a few of the challenges I've helped people overcome over the course of my 20+ years in clinical practice.
What you can expect from me is this; I don't see my clients as ill. I see them as people in distress and I will attempt to help but neither as healer or fixer, nor from the outside in. What I provide is help based on your strengths and capacities to collaborate with me. Help that happens from the inside out through conversation and understanding.
