Much of my work is with individuals who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. Every person is unique, and I believe every person demands an approach specifically tailored for them.
Using a client centered approach, I provide support towards the development of the life you want. I have experience working with clients of various backgrounds, and strive to meet my clients where they are, helping them deal with life stressors and transitions.
