Many people experience struggles around depression, anxiety, relationship issues or lack of meaning and direction in life. These difficulties often relate to a background of patterns of thinking/feeling that interfere with our ability to live life fully. Through careful listening and discussion we will seek to understand these patterns This sets the stage for recognition and development of new patterns of living that seek engagement, recognition and embodiment. I am a licensed psychologist, Jungian analyst, co-founder and faculty member of the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association.
These trainings along with over 20 years of experience inform my use of dreams, fantasy and the interpersonal context of the treatment process to allow the emergence of the one's innate potential. Through engagement of our greater potential, we overcome the limitations that interfere with living a creative, dynamic life.
In addition to Jungian psychoanalysis, individual and couples psychotherapy, I also provide clinical supervision focusing on the work of C. G. Jung, his heirs and its interface with psychoanalytic, interpersonal and existential psychology.
