I’ve spent years working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults witnessing results of positive therapeutic gains through our collaboration. Whether your objectives are to navigate life changes or improve your ability to cope, therapy can be a great way to grow!

I take an approach that helps clients to identify their strengths and build off them to develop new approaches and solutions to difficult life situations. Regardless of these being driven by mental health symptoms, complicated relationships, or significant life changes, we all have the capacity to grow and achieve changes we wish to see.
