At Legion Counseling, I help those age 12 and up process trauma, depression, ADHD, Autism, and a variety of other struggles from day-to-day issues to pervasive mental health concerns. I also work with Couples, families, and have significant experience with first responders and military veterans (having been both myself).
The changes that can be enacted through therapy may help you cope with past trauma, develop a new purpose and build meaningful relationships.
