To do so, my therapeutic approach takes a non-judgmental, compassionate, and curious stance to foster safety to grow and take on challenges yet feel accepted in where you are.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in an integration of clients’ unique backgrounds, clinical expertise, and evidence-based treatments. With my experience, I hope to foster a collaborative relationship that is built on trust and safety to empower my clients to utilize skills learned in therapy to effectively manage their presenting issues.
