I am an empathetic counselor who works passionately to provide positive outcomes for all clients. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques while also offering up challenging ideas to help break stalled beliefs, crippling anxieties, and difficult behaviors. Away from the office, I enjoy live music and sports, traveling, and being with friends and family.
