I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change, and if you're not there yet, we can work on your motivation. Whether it's an alcohol or other drug problem. or difficulties with emotions/moods, trauma, stress management, or interpersonal/relationship problems, there is almost nothing within you now that you can't change or improve if you really want to do it. I find it rewarding to work with clients who understand that change requires some work and they are willing to do that work. I am also experienced with those struggling with chronic Lyme Disease.
I have been a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2002 and take great satisfaction in watching a client's personal growth that evolves when the journey of recovery begins and then strengthens over time. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2010 and am experienced in helping clients to manage and overcome a variety of challenges.
