I welcome the opportunity to help professionals work through difficulties in personal, familial and professional challenges, including dealing with major crises and transitions. My education (Yale, UC Berkeley) and decades of experience have prepared me to help diverse individuals cope with a wide array of problems. I'm now working exclusively via video sessions. I have extensive expertise working with healthcare workers, including psychotherapists. My work with you might be short-term, or it may evolve into ongoing work if that is warranted.
I am committed to helping individuals sort out and utilize their deepest values and resources. Coping with challenges of life often requires individual strength AND community support. I have decades of experience helping people deal with various crises, overcome internal and external obstacles, and strengthen supportive relationships.
I bring a warm, empathic and inquisitive style to my work with individuals and groups. I am prepared to help others face anxiety, grief, frustration, fear AND possibly the opportunity for dramatic change and growth. I am humbled, and honored, by the opportunity to assist people during unsettling transitions in life.
