Working in a helping role for first responders over the past two decades. Accomplished speaker, trainer, and coordinator in several areas involving Health & Wellness for public safety personnel. Retired after 31 years as an urban police officer, I continue to work as a fully Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) working at ASC Psychological Services. I continue volunteering in other first responder support roles with The Metro CISM Team. I am always available to collaborate, learn, inform, and promote helping our heroes heal and recover.
I provide culturally competent, empathic, confidential counseling using CBT, DBT, and EMDR in individual and group settings.
I am a disabled military veteran and law enforcement retiree who has met many challenges throughout my career and life. I would be honored to serve and give back to others as I have been supported and served in the past.
