Video-based sessions available anywhere in Delaware and Pennsylvania. I treat anxiety, all themes of OCD, tic disorder, BFRBs, hoarding disorder, depression, stress, and worry, among others. My approach involves Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD treatment, HRT for BFRBs, behavior activation, and CBT. You have the ability to feel better and counseling is a great first step. The goal of each session is increased ability to cope with adversity and feel more like your ideal self. Clinical supervision available. OCD Support group also available 1:00-2:00 the 3rd Tuesday each month.
I specialize in helping you retrain your brain toward more healthy emotions and thought processes. Negative feelings and behavior usually occur when your actions do not line up with how you want your life to be. It is vital to your mental health that you retrain yourself toward mentally reacting differently. Therapy can help with that change.
Sessions are conducted online through secure video and I do not have a physical location. My hours are M, T, Th, and F 8:30-4:00. I do not accept Medicaid. Virtual OCD support group for those experiencing any theme of OCD. The group will focus on supporting you in your journey through not giving into compulsions. Please contact jeffpincin@delawaretherapyservices.com to sign up, get enrolled, and receive the Zoom link. The group will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1:00-2:00pm EST. Group is at no cost. Must be at least 18 years old.
