Teamwork is key in this process and I believe together we can identify and conquer the challenges you are facing.
I offer talk therapy in person and over Zoom. I operate out of an existential lens and work with each client individually to determine which additional modalities may be most helpful for them and their goals. Everyone is unique, so a cookie cutter approach is simply not enough.
