I believe we all have the capacity to learn and grow as individuals. I also believe it can be hard to heal our deepest wounds without support from others. I strive to cultivate a nonjudgmental, supportive space where clients feel safe to work on sensitive issues. One goal of therapy is often to improve your ability to deal with whatever problem is immediately in front of you. Another goal is to raise awareness of patterns in our daily lives where we get stuck. We'll work together to find a way forward.
I specialize in mindfulness-based therapy approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work primarily with adults ages 18-65. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Some clients prefer a mix.
As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you and support you on your path. We will work together to develop skills that support your ability to deal with stress and difficult feelings so that you can live your best life.
