I've raised two kids to adulthood, been married, divorced, and happily remarried. I’m an ex-Business guy. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology, I’ve run real businesses, coached top execs, and been helping people for 25+ years.
I’m classically trained in psychodynamic, object relations, and attachment psychology. I help people understand the life experiences and patterns that influence their behavior and use that insight to drive change. I am also a humanistic and existential psychologist, which means I help clients discover what they really want in life and how to get it.
I want to understand what motivates you, what you care about, what’s working and what’s not, and what you want to change. This a partnership – we'll mobilize your internal resources to solve problems.
