Life’s challenges can be thought of as opportunities and gifts as they help us to evolve, grow, and develop insight about how we navigate our world. Overtime, we learn what works, what no longer works, what keeps us stuck, all while developing insights to what changes need to occur. Whether you are facing life transitions, mental health or relationship challenges, issues surrounding sexual orientation, or general life issues, we will work together to explore solutions. My prior work includes working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings.
My approach is one of compassion, empathy, non-judgment, and cultural sensitivity. While listening is an important part of my work, I also believe that for change to occur, I need to be an active collaborator in the change process as we explore and identify solutions. My approach's includes CBT, mindfulness, solution focused, and strengths based.
