I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from the Utah State University. I have many years of experience working with couples, individuals and families and have extensive experience working with those dealing with depression and anxiety, PTSD, and family and relationship issues. I also work with survivors of domestic violence and those impacted by rape and sexual assault.
I receive annual training through the Utah Association of Domestic Violence Treatment Providers (UADVT) and have received training through the International Association of Trauma Professionals (IATP). I utilize only evidence based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma Focused CBT.
I truly enjoy working with people and helping them work through the issues they are facing and go on to lead happy lives.
