My desire is to help you uncover the maladaptive coping patterns that have been developed over the years, and learn not to just to cope with your life circumstances, but to come to a place of thriving.
I provide a safe and accepting space for you to bring your whole self, in all its parts, and meet you with empathy and compassion. I believe that the relationship between a therapist and their client should not only be collaborative, but trustworthy and honest. I work with both talk and body-based therapies to help bring healing to body, mind and spirit.
