It is hard for many of us to reach out to someone for help. It may be embarrassment, or being unsure how therapy would help heal you. I tailor my therapy to each client. I give psycho-education along with therapy to my clients, to empower them for future self-healing. I integrate evidence based therapies such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), couples and family systems therapies, narrative therapy, and attachment therapies, along with other neuroscience based modalities.
