I can help you find your path, accept yourself, and build healthy relationships. You will receive evidence-based tools to build your skill set.
I am specialized in treating eating disorders and have 15 years of experience as the Clinical Director of an Intensive Outpatient Program. As eating disorders are a symptom of the complexity of the human experience, I take a global perspective in treatment to attend to the whole self. I am trained in FBT. Anxiety and depression management is also a focus.
Therapy can bring up painful feelings, memories and relationships that are hard to look at. You don’t need to face this alone. I want you to feel safe and heard.
