If you feel like you are depressed, anxious, or stuck and don't know what direction to take your life or relationship, please consider psychotherapy. I have over 30 years of experience working with adults who have problems with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood swings, and relationship problems.
My work is informed by my studies in art therapy, guided imagery, and Jungian analysis in order to facilitate communication with one's deeper self. If you have a way to connect to your creativity this can be helpful to your process in therapy. I also work with dreams and facilitate art making with my clients.
I am a Jungian analyst, registered art therapist, and trained in Guided Imagery and Music. My doctorate is in Clinical Psychology and I have worked at the TEACCH program in North Carolina.
