I believe that every person has the capacity to change, heal wounds, and experience new levels of wholeness. Therapy can be a catalyst for growth; a place to be fully seen, known, and equipped. I work with women in transition, whether you're navigating college, career, marriage, or motherhood, as well as all the other "less shiny" changes. We'll work together to create sustainable rhythms for mind-body-spirit wellness. Your goals take center stage. I offer a somatics-based+EMDR integration of treatment in which we grow resiliency, expand your capacity for presence, and strengthen nervous system regulation.
I specialize in maternal mental health - which includes every stage from pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting. Minimizing birth trauma and postpartum depression is an important passion of mine.
