I'm Level 3 trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Gottman Method to Treating Affairs, EFT Externship for Emotionally Focused Therapy, and EFIT for individual therapy. I help my clients learn to communicate and work through conflict, help create secure connections, and help marriages and relationships repair the hurt after an affair.

Intensive Couples Therapy
Intensive Couples Counseling or "Gottman Marathon Couples Therapy" can get to the root of the issue with the extended time to explore your relationship concerns. While weekly sessions are highly effective, some couples can’t wait a weeks or months to get moving. Couples come to an intensive couples weekend with concerns such as: communication/conflict, disconnection, affair or infidelity, or feeling on the edge of separation or divorce. At Luminate Therapy, you work with a expert relationship therapist who is dedicated to helping couples create lasting change. Couples intensive therapy is available either a 2 or 3 day available couples in MN & WI.
