I will help you combat negative self talk, self defeating behaviors, or just plain and simple stress associated with day to day life. While helping you to embrace a calmer existence I will assist you in finding the awareness you desire to balance distinguishable areas of your life. I am experienced in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, situational stressors, grief, and school- or work-related issues. My therapy approach is eclectic, consisting of Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strengths-Based Perspective.
Relationships are important -- whether building one, mending one, or creating a healthy one with ourselves. Our sessions will provide you with a warm, non judgmental place to begin this journey. I hope to empower you to build the skill set you need to face challenges and adversity while securing happiness and resiliency in your life.
