Hello! I specialize in treating adult clients (18+) with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health problems that impede daily function. As well, as an Asian-American person, I understand the implications of being a person of color and how cultural factors interplay with one's ability to navigate their days. I'm here to help you in whatever capacity I can so you can lead your best and most joyful life.
I am an eclectic practitioner and combine person-centered, psychodynamic, CBT, and existential therapy with a focus on attachment theory as well. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a highly evidence-based therapy to treat those with trauma.
