My practice is informed by various cognitive-behavioral therapies, yoga, Therapeutic Lifestyle Change, and Life Coaching. I also offer Walk & Talk therapy. I strive to be culturally informed and sensitive to people of all ethnicities, gender identities and sexual orientations.
Our meetings will provide you with a nonjudgemental, caring space where you are heard and supported. Together we can explore solutions to whatever difficulties you're having.
