I'm here to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore and express yourself freely. Together, we can navigate your difficult experiences, process any unresolved issues, and work toward a better relationship with yourself.
I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stressful life changes. My approach aims to help you understand the roots of your pain, become aware of unhelpful cognitive, behavioral & relational patterns, and manage them more effectively. We'll explore what truly matters to you and how you can build a more meaningful life.
