I possess a graduate degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology: Body Psychotherapy, with ongoing specialization and training in trauma, attachment, and development (especially as impacts intimate and significant relationships), as is informed through specific modalities of body-oriented mindfulness-based psychotherapy (Hakomi), dance movement therapy, and somatic yoga therapy.
I am an educator and trainer throughout the Bay Area, providing workshops on various topics with an emphasis on body-mind health and integration, including but not limited to trauma-informed care, positive parenting, substance abuse, and child development, alongside providing therapy for individuals (children and adults), couples, and families.
