Many life challenges have underlying causes, and one's willingness to explore the depth of who they are often provides unexpected resolutions beyond what is obvious. At the same time, addressing what is at hand while being patient with more in-depth work can also be helpful. My goal in therapy is to follow your needs and help you rediscover your wellbeing on your timeline while providing support and practical insight into your process.
I primarily work with trauma, anxiety, and depression from a client-centered, holistic perspective using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), addressing various concerns across a broad spectrum of challenges. Whatever the obstacle may be, I will work with you on what resonates best and shows to be most effective.
Using a client-centered approach means that you will guide the counseling process. My role is to be a companion joining you on your journey, directed by you, for you. Whatever the concerns, I am here to serve you in any way I can. I may laugh with you or cry with you as we reflect together on your improving wellbeing. You deserve to be heard and cared for.
